The project is made up of two buildings, the building to the north called Azuaga 68 scheduled for launch in August 2024 and the building to the south called Ernesto 65 in the pre-launch phase, with work starting in July 2024.
The Azuaga 68 building is made up of 10 units, 2 T2, 4 T1 and 4 T0
The building will be built with a medium to high-end standard finishing.
The apartments will have: kitchen with Margrés ceramic flooring or similar, bench top in Silestone compact quartz, living rooms and bedrooms with oak flooring and walls covered in painted plasterboard; bathroom covered with Margrés ceramics or similar. The sanitary appliances will all be a high-end model.
All apartments will be delivered with all appliances, Siemens, and Midea air conditioning. Heat pump water heating system. Energy certification will be level A.
Both buildings have an elevator and the access ramp to the garage will be via Rua Ernesto Silva.
